The Access Database Developer is responsible for troubleshooting and assisting with database inquiries, as well as assisting the Database Specialist with the development and sustainment of internal databases and programs. The Access Database Developer will primarily work with MS Access and support more than one thousand database users in the manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Information Technology or equivalent. 5-8 years of experience working with the following technologies: VBA, SQL, split databases architecture, MS Access 2010, HTML, CSS -Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required. Must be good at solving problems in a fast paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills -Ability to interface with all levels of employees throughout the plant, from hourly represented employees to Senior Leadership -Goal oriented and a self-starter, able to prioritize and organize own work. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Requirements: Master's degree in IT/IS related subjects. Previous experience in manufacturing environment -More than 3+ years of experience with the following technologies: VBA, SQL, split databases architecture, MS Access 2010, HTML, CSS
