    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for advance purchasing parts order for wiring harness inspection
    • Issue PO’s
    • Collect quotation data
    • Coordinate parts scheduling for suppliers
    • Collect mass production parts availability information
    • Document and track changes for wire harness supplier prototypes
    • Coordinate internal testing schedules for parts

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • BS degree is preferred
    • 3 to 5 years’ experience within materials or production control planning
    • Great attention to detail
    • Able to adapt to change
    • Able to multitask with many customers/suppliers both internal and external
    • Ability to work in fast pace environment
    • Must be excellent with Excel and all MS office software
