  • Overview

    General Purpose:

    Works with Client members to execute the sales process flow specifically by maximizing accuracy and timeliness both internally with Client pricing establishment/updates and externally through reconciliation of customer payments.




    • Manages all areas of invoicing for NCSC and MCSC customer sales through both regular WMS/WHIPS shipments and manual records for sale
    • Reconciles payments and issues formal documentation to all related client departments
    • Frequent invoicing and payment updates against past sales (retroactive adjustments)
    • Supports database management of Client EDI, WHIPS, and BPCS for NBU customers with support from NBU sales and Client BG members
    • Facilitates resolution management of internal and customer complaints as related to payment and invoicing issues
    • Issues internal month end reports associated with sequencing, sales, pricing updates, and delay in collections
    • Collects and files supporting customer purchasing orders, payments, and shipping data as needed with support from NBU sales members
    • Serves as the window person between Client and NBU external customers for initial collection of past due payments working closely with the NBU sales group members
    • All other duties as assigned by NBU Sales management




    • At least 5 years of professional work experience in AR invoicing/pricing related background
    • BS degree in finance or accounting
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office –Very strong Excel and Access skills required
    • Knowledge of BPCS and WHIPS is a plus
    • Must be able to multi-task
