Key Areas of Responsibility:- Develop CNC programs using Mastercam for mills based on engineering drawings and models.- 5 years of experience operating/setup vertical CNC Mills.- Analyze drawings, blueprints, and design data in order to calculate correct part dimension for machines, tool selection, machine speeds and feed rates.- Use precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, fixtures and gauges to check work.- Carry out other duties reasonable within capability as required by the Machine Shop Manager.

We are looking for an Automotive Electrician with experience in diagnosis, repair & installation of electrical components during our build projects. The projects involve electrics install in areas such as engine ignition, security, in car entertainment, A/C, lighting & all other electrical elements. - High quality, safe & secure electrical work is our priority- Must know automotive electrical systems including CPU,BCM.- Be able to run "WI-Tech" diagnostics software, trouble shoot and repair systems.- Able to build wiring harnesses from scratch a major PLUS- Must have own tools and be willing to work overtime including weekends if required Permanent full time, full benefits, salary depends on skill level and experience
Perform Prep to paint process on vehicles and parts. Experience: - A minimum of one year of work related experience in automotive body surface preparation/ repair work is preferred. - Print reading and interpretation- Related auto body experience is preferred in the following areas:- Prepping, sanding, polishing, finessing, alignment, etc. - Painting and clear coating automotive bodies and parts. Summary of job duties: - Mix paint color and components according to customers specifications. - Fabricate attachments and fit prototype parts to vehicles. - Remove parts from vehicle and reassemble. - Sand vehicle using wet or dry process in preparation for paint. - Execute paint process without interruption. - Perform repairs on imperfections that may have occurred during the paint process. - Rub out and polish vehicles to show quality. - Maintain a clean, neat and organized work environment at all times. - Communicate with floor leader of any activities that may affect a project. - Ability to “READ” surfaces. - Must be innovative and be able to respond quickly and accurately to customer requirements.
